JLA: Inferno is a dramatic painting that pays tribute to the original members of The Justice League of America: Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, The Flash, Green Lantern, Aquaman, and the Martian Manhunter. This heroic alliance first joined forces to battle a starfish-like alien, Starro the Conqueror, in the comic The Brave and the Bold #28.
