Alex Ross Heavy Metal: Taarna is signed by Alex Ross and is a New York Comic Con Exclusive Special Release in a very small edition of 75. Each individually numbered print includes an Official Certificate of Authenticity and has been signed by Alex Ross.
The story follows the last Tarrakian, Taarna, a silent swords-woman who seeks to stop the seemingly invincible Loc-Nar, who is the sum of all evils, manifest as a glowing green sphere whose power infects all times, all galaxies, and all dimensions. Astride her faithful mount, Granger, and armed with The Sword of Terrak, Taarna wages war against the Loc-Nar.
